Background Frances joined the School of Business as the Communications Coordinator in February, 2008. She previously served as the Director of Strategic Communications for the Kansas Attorney General and as the Communications Director for a state political party. Frances is a proud KU alum, earning her master’s degree from the KU School of Journalism and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from KU.
