Earl G. Graves, author of the book How to Succeed in Business Without being White, gave the inaugural Anderson Chandler Lecture. Graves is an internationally recognized authority on entrepreneurship and Black business development. He is president and CEO of Earl G. Graves Ltd., parent corporation of Black Enterprise magazine.
