David Broder, national political correspondent for The Washington Post, syndicated columnist, and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, presented the Anderson Chandler Lecture on March 17th. Broder, whose column is carried in over 300 newspapers around the globe, discussed "The Political and Economic Challenges in 2004" at 7:30 p.m. at the Lied Center, Lawrence. The lecture was free and open to the public.
