Academic Honors and Awards

Karl Kammerer is one of a select group of students to receive KU's Madison and Lila Self Graduate Fellowship. The Self Fellowship is a 4 year $164,000 award that includes a robust Fellow Development Program, providing over 320 hours of leadership and communications training and an intensive policy making seminar in Washington D.C.

Previous Experience

General Manager for Professional Toxicology Services, Inc. a small toxicology laboratory he co-founded in 2005. In 2006 he helped the company navigate the acquisition of another small business and managed the enterprise for the next five years.
