Pre-business Information Fair attracts potential KU business students

On November 6, the School of Business Undergraduate Business Council (UBC) hosted a Pre-Business Information Fair for KU students interested inbusiness. As a student-run organization, the UBC seeks to communicate regularly withfreshmen and sophomores whowant to learn more about variety of majorsand careers inbusiness.

Representatives from everySchool of Businessstudent club and organization joined in the tent set upnear Summerfield Hall.Business faculty and representatives from Student and Academic Services and Careers Services were also available to advise students interested in attending the School.

Students who visited the Information Fairreceived School of Business t-shirts and water bottles. Attendees enjoyed pizza and cookies while surveyinghelpful informationon all business majors and career opportunities. Despite the windy, chilly weather, the Pre-Business Information Fair was well-attended and will continue to be an annual event.
