Current Activities
Guthrie has a number of research projects underway focusing on the relationship between human resource management practices and firm effectiveness. In addition to the U.S., he has ongoing projects in Ireland, England and China. Guthrie is currently Associate Editor for Human Resource Management and an Editorial Board member and ad hoc reviewer for a number of other journals.
