Current Activities
Professor Chen received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Soochow University at Taiwan, M.S. in Accountancy from George Washington University, and Ph.D. in Operations and Information Management from University of Connecticut. His current teaching and research interests include knowledge management, IT business value, human computer interface design, database management, and business and Web programming applications. His research work appears in Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, MIS Quarterly, and international conferences such as AMCIS, DSI, ICIS, and WITS. He enjoys sports and outdoor activities. Andrew and his wife, Lorraine, have three children – Lawrence, Andrea, and Angela.
