Current Activities

Guthrie is currently conducting research on compensation issues and also has a number of research projects underway focusing on the relationship between human resource management practices and firm effectiveness. He is currently on the Editorial Boards of the Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management Journal (U.K.) and the Irish Journal of Management.
