Mega Job Search Websites

Mega job boards are generally not the place for most new college grads to spend a large percentage of their job search time and energy due to the large amount of competition on these sites and the level of positions that tend to be posted. HOWEVER, these sites are a great place to get an idea of what types of positions are available in a specific field at various levels which can help students to learn more about their options when thinking about their career paths. Also, these sites usually offer some excellent resources in learning career-relevant information (i.e., interviewing tips, business etiquette, etc)—and if you happen to find a great position while you’re there, then apply!
