End of Week Excursions

In the Fall of 2007 the BCSC began offering End of Week Excursions for students within the School of Business. This program arranges company visits to area firms so students can learn about the company, its history, its opportunities, receive a tour, and get a feel for their organizational personality. Often these opportunities can provide some extremely beneficial insights into the culture of an organization that is difficult to obtain when merely looking at a website or even talking with a representative on campus. The transportation costs, employer outreach, and visit details are all handled by the BCSC.

The BCSC is looking for student organizations that are interested in partnering together to make these trips as beneficial for the companies as they are for the students. If your student group has a company that they would like to visit, please contact Dave Byrd-Stadler in the Business Career Services Center to discuss how this can be set up.
