Post a Job

Posting a job with the Business Career Services Center couldn't be easier. And it's completely free.

Through our online recruiting management system, KU Career Connections (powered by Symplicity), employers can connect with students, post jobs and internships, access resumes, create a Web Resume Book and schedule interviews. For your convenience, we offer two ways to post your position information:
  1. Log on to your KU Career Connections account (if you do not have an existing account, it's quick and easy to register) and follow the on-screen directions to submit your position details.
  2. Send an e-mail to the Business Career Services Center, making sure to include the following vital information:
    • Job type (full-time, internship, etc.)
    • Job title
    • Description
    • Application procedures
    • Additional documents requested (if any)
    • Application deadline
    • GPA requirements (if any)
    • Targeted graduation dates (if applicable)
    • Work authorization requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, etc.)
    • Desired majors or schools
    • Job location
    • Compensation information (optional)
    • Company point of contact information
In an effort to maximize your candidate pool, we suggest establishing your qualification parameters broadly.
