Each September, the Business Career Fair brings eager recruiters looking to hire KU business students to campus. Companies from across the nation are represented, hoping to entice students to join their ranks. Many employed KU business graduates come back to campus to hire a few of "their own." It's the ultimate opportunity to secure an internship or job.

The Business Career Fair is a premier opportunity for recruiters to get face-to-face with top-tier KU business students. Each year, more than 100 companies set up shop on campus to meet with and collect resumes from more than 1,200 attending students whose credentials are unrivaled.
The Business Career Fair is a special event for recruiters. They have complete access to a pool of talented and energetic students, taught by world-class faculty, and geared to excel in today's business world. KU business students have broad exposure to theory-based and practical methods of solving business challenges. The School's wide range of experiential learning opportunities ensure recruiters that KU business students can successfully execute in any situation and in any environment.

Standard Registration and Fees

Standard Registration (Non-Sponsorship ONLY)
- Early registration (before July 1, 2011) -- $350
- Registration (July 2 - Sept. 7) -- $400
- Late registration (after Sept. 7) -- $450
Government and Non-Profit Registration (Non-Sponsorship ONLY)
- Early registration (before July 1, 2011) -- $150
- Registration (July 2 - Sept. 7) -- $200
- Late registration (after Sept. 7) -- $250
*** Due to space limitations, the Ballroom will be limited to Sponsors and then filled in the order of registration date. Additional tables will be in the Parlors, Jayhawk Kansas room, and possibly 6th floor.

As a result of deadlines associated with Business Career Fair's promotional items, the deadline for sponsorships is Friday, Aug. 12. All sponsorships include a FREE registration, valued at $400.
Bronze - $1,000 contribution

Silver - $2,000 contribution
- All benefits of bronze sponsorship, plus:

- Half-page advertisement in University Daily Kansan (campus newspaper read by 92 percent of KU students and valued at more than $800
Gold - $3,000 contribution
- All benefits of bronze sponsorship, plus:
- Full-page advertisement in University Daily Kansan (instead of half-page) valued at $1,599
- Logo on the career fair booklet cover
Display and Shipping Details
We have reserved a room to store materials in prior to and after the Business Career Fair. Materials can arrive no earlier than Monday, Sept. 12, and must be shipped out no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15. Any materials arriving or leaving outside of these dates will be assessed a storage fee of $5 per day, per box by the Kansas Union.

After the Business Career Fair
The Business Career Services Center will arrange for pick-up by FedEx at 5 p.m. after the career fair ends on Thursday, Sept. 15.
If you use another carrier and would like for us to arrange a pick-up, please let us know in advance. If you plan to have your display picked up, it would be helpful for us to know the dimensions and weight of your display, as well as the carrier and method of shipment (ground, express, etc.). Your response is appreciated.
On the day of the event, please complete your shipping paperwork and place your shipment beneath the appropriate shipping sign located in the main ballroom after you dismantle your booth.
