C. Edward (Ed) Baker, Jr., 50, is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCH), one of the largest providers of wireless internet messaging and wireless mobile data in the United States with operations in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and in the Caribbean.
Mr. Baker joined Arch in March 1988, two years after the Company was founded, as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He became Chairman of the Board in May 1989. Previously, from 1986 to 1988, Mr. Baker was President and Chief Executive Officer of U S West Paging, the paging subsidiary of U S West, Inc. From 1980 to 1986, he was Vice President and General Manager at Gencom, Inc., the wireless subsidiary of Communications Industries, Inc.
Under Mr. Baker's leadership, Arch has recorded steady growth and a superior financial performance. Revenues and operating cash flow - among other key industry performance measures -- have increased annually. At the same time, the Company has expanded from a largely regional paging carrier to one of the largest wireless messaging and wireless mobile data companies in the world.
Arch experienced significant internal and external growth during Mr. Baker's tenure, including more than 30 mergers and acquisitions. In June 1999 Arch acquired MobileMedia Corporation of Fort Lee, NJ, effectively doubling its size and expanding its sales and service reach throughout the United States and beyond. He also spearheaded Arch's May 1996 acquisition of Westlink Holdings, Inc., San Diego, CA, as well as the September 1995 purchase of USA Mobile Corporation, based in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Baker has completed more than 50 acquisitions during his career. He also led the Company's initial public offering of common stock in January 1992.
Prior to co-founding BlackThorn Partners, Mr. Banks was Managing Director of Koch Industries Financial Markets Group, with responsibility for establishing and managing Koch's financial market activities globally. Koch is the second largest privately held company in North America, and is involved in nearly all phases of energy, agriculture, chemicals, minerals, and financial markets.
Throughout his seven-year tenure at Koch, Mr. Banks designed and executed a wide range of financial investment strategies in the financial markets. Mr. Banks designed and executed a wider range of financial investment strategies in the commodity and financial markets. Mr. Banks produced an outstanding track record in relative value and arbitrage based strategies. These strategies focused on identifying undervalued positions and hedging those positions with futures, options, and other securities to isolate the element of undervalued risk.

Cregg B. Baumbaugh has been
Executive Vice President - Finance, Strategy and Development of VoiceStream
Wireless Corporation since May 3, 1999. He served as Senior Vice President -
Corporate Development of VoiceStream and Western Wireless Corporation from 1994
to May 1999. From November 1989 through May 1999, he served in various positions
with Western Wireless and its predecessor. From 1986 to 1989, Mr Baumbaugh was
employed by The First Boston Corporation, and from 1981 to 1986 by GATX Capital
Corporation. Mr. Baumbaugh has BS and MBA degrees from Indiana University.
Marcey Berges is the CFO of Jayhawk Capital Management, a family of hedge funds run by APM founder Kent McCarthy. Ms. Berges has been with Jayhawk since 1997. She is an alum of the KU APM class.
Michael F. Bigham, 43, is Vice Chairman of Corixa Corporation, a public biotechnology company focused on the treatment and prevention of autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases by understanding and directing the immune system. Corixa is headquartered in Seattle, WA, with significant operations in South San Francisco, CA and Hamilton, MT. He began in this position in December 2000, following the successful merger of Coulter Pharmaceuticals with Corixa Pharmaceuticals. The merger of Coulter and Corixa in December 2000 represented the largest merger between two independent biotechnology companies.
Bigham became President and CEO of Coulter Pharmaceuticals in July 1996. Coulter was a biotechnology company focused on the development of novel therapies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases. Under Bigham's watch, the company grew from 10 employees to 215 at the time of the merger. The company successfully completed an initial public offering in January 1997.
Prior to joining Coulter, Mr. Bigham was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 1988. Under Mr. Bigham's direction, Gilead raised $450 million through seven equity finance offerings.
Mr. Bigham was Co-head of Investment Banking with Hambrecht & Quist from 1984 through July 1988 where he provided corporate finance and merger and acquisition services to public and private emerging growth companies primarily in the healthcare industry. He was the youngest person in the history of the firm to hold this position.
Mr. Bigham began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in the consulting division. He became a CPA during this time. He earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He later received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Robert S. Boswell is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Oil Corporation, a publicly held independent natural gas and oil producer. He was named Chairman in 2000, President in 1993 and became Chief Executive Officer in 1995. Mr. Boswell has spent his career in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Forest, he was employed by private companies in both the oil and gas exploration and oilfield services areas of the energy industry. Mr. Boswell currently serves as a director of C. E. Franklin Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta, and the Gas Research Institute. He is a Regional Governor of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Victor Almeida is President and C.E.O. of Internacional de Ceramica. He graduated in 1979 form the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Since the start up in 1979, he has held several positions with Interceramic. In 1980 Mr. Almeida started a new manufacturing facility for Ceramic Tile in Tulsa, Oklahoma and sold it to a Swiss group in 1985. Mr. Gasaway has two decades of broad based investment research and management
experience. During the twenty years of Mr. Gasaways investment career,
he served as both a research analyst and portfolio manager gaining in-depth

of investments and the securitization of mortgage loan production. Mr. Hartman
served from February 1995 to June 1996 as Executive Vice President of Dynex
Capital, Inc. His responsibilities while at Dynex included managing a $4 billion

through Dynexs mortgage operation and the administration of the securities

Dr. Hoenig took office on October 1, 1991, as the eighth chief executive of
the Tenth District Federal Reserve Bank, at Kansas City. He is currently serving
a full term that began March 1, 2001.
Dr. Hoenig was born on September 6, 1946, at Fort Madison, Iowa. He earned a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Benedictine College, Atchison, Kansas, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Iowa State University.
Dr. Hoenig joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 1973 as an economist in the banking supervision area. He was named a vice president in 1981 and senior vice president in 1986.

Robert Kaplan is a senior lecturer in Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School and is also a Senior Director of The Goldman Sachs Group. He was previously vice chairman of The Goldman Sachs Group and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He also served as global co-head of the Investment Banking Division from 1999 through mid 2002. At that time, he became vice chairman of the firm with oversight responsibility for the Investment Banking and Investment Management Divisions. In January 2004, he joined the Executive Office. Rob also served as co-chairman of the firm’s Partnership Committee and chaired the Goldman Sachs Pine Street Leadership Program.
He was head of Asia-Pacific Investment Banking from 1990 to 1993. He relocated back to New York and became head of the Americas Corporate Finance Department in 1994. In 1998, he became co-chief operating officer of global Investment Banking and co-head in 1999. He became a partner in 1990.
In addition to his work at HBS, Rob is co-chair of the advisory counsel for the Harvard Center for Neurodegeneration and Repair. He is also co-chairman of the Board of The TEAK Fellowship, co-chairman of the Board of Project A.L.S. and is a member of the Board of the Harvard Medical School and The Jewish Theological Seminary. Allan Kells, Director of Investor Relations, joined Cerner Corporation in June 2001. Mr. Kells’ primary responsibilities include: providing timely, accurate and consistent information to analysts and investors so they can accurately apply it to the evaluation of Cerner. Allan has also been responsible for Cerner’s financial reporting function since 2004. Prior to joining Cerner, Allan served as part of the financial management development program at Sprint Corporation in Kansas City . While at Sprint, he worked in the investor relations department, managed the global markets financial planning and analysis group, and assessed the market potential and financial model for the Sprint ION (Integrated On-demand Network) product. C. Lady began his tenure with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in 1991.
He was named senior vice president and chief financial officer, his current
position, in March 1999. Lady is responsible for Investments, Financial Administration,
Central Grants Administration, Research and Evaluation, Information Technology,
Facilities Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Public Affairs and
Organization Development & Training. The Kauffman Foundation is a private
foundation, with assets of approximately $2.2 billion. It was established by
the late Ewing Kauffman, founder of the pharmaceutical firm Marion Laboratories
and original owner of the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club. The Foundation works
toward its vision of self-sufficient people in healthy communities through a
variety of initiatives and programs funded and/or operated by its two divisions:

Tom Laming is President and Chief Investment Officer of TrendStar Advisors, LLC, in Overland Park, Kansas. TrendStar Advisors is the advisor to the TrendStar Mutual funds where Tom is the Lead Manager of the TrendStar Small Cap and American Endeavor funds. Tom was previously a Senior Vice-President with Kornitzer Capital Management where he was co-lead manager of the Buffalo Small Cap, Mid Cap, Large Cap and USA Global funds and the sole manager of Buffalo Science and Technology Fund. Stephen A. Lightstone has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Premium Standard Farms, Inc., a vertically-integrated pork producer and processor, since August 1998. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Lightstone was with Payless Cashways, Inc., a building materials retailer, most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. From 1978 to 1983, Mr. Lightstone was Vice President-Finance and Treasurer with Butler Manufacturing Company, a Fortune 500 manufacturer of engineered buildings and construction materials.
Mr. Lightstone holds a B.S. Industrial Management and M.S. Finance from the University of Kansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Todd Ludgate received a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Florida in 1996 and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2003. He passed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination in 2003 and is a member of the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). Todd also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from the American College. From 1997 to 2003 Todd has worked at Americo Life, Inc. in Kansas City in various capacities. Jim MacMurray received a
Bachelors of Science in Systems Engineering in 1991 from the University of Virginia.

Terry Matlack has been a Managing Director of Tortoise Capital Advisors since 2002 and serves each of its funds as Chief Financial Officer and Director. He remains a General Partner at Kansas City Equity Partners.
Prior to joining Kansas City Equity Partners in 2001, Mr. Matlack was President of GreenStreet Capital and its affiliates in the telecommunications service industry. Mr. Matlack has also served as the Executive Vice President and a board member of W.K. Communications, Inc., a cable television acquisition company, and Chief Operating Officer of W.K. Cellular, a cellular rural service area operator. He was also a specialist in corporate finance with George K. Baum & Co., and an Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at B.C. Andrew F. Mathieson, 44, is President of Fairview Capital, a registered investment advisor located in Larkspur, California. Fairview, which was founded by Mr. Mathieson in 1995, manages over $275 million in separate portfolios and is the General Partner of two private investment partnerships.
Mr. Mathieson earned a B.A. degree from Yale University in 1978, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1984. Mr. Mathieson is currently on the board of DiCon Fiberoptics, one of the world's leading suppliers of passive optical components, modules and test instruments for current and next-generation optical communications markets.
Mr. Mathieson was a co-founder and board member of the Bay Area "I Have a Dream" Foundation, and helped sponsor a class from San Francisco's Mission District. He recently completed two terms as a trustee of the Bay Area Discovery Museum, where he served on the executive committee for the past five years. The Discovery Museum, located in East Fort Baker, has the largest membership of any children's museum in the country.

Prior to joining Protection One, Nevin served as Chief Financial Officer of Guardian International. There, he assisted in building the company to more than $20 million in annual billings from $5 million. From 1987 to 1997, Nevin served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Guard Technologies. At Guard Technologies, Nevin led the innovative provider of specialized electronic security services as it grew to protect more than 20 million square feet of Class A office space in Florida and metropolitan New York. Mr. Sherman has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Inergy's managing general partner since March 2001, and of its predecessor from 1997 until July 2001. Prior to joining its predecessor, he was a vice president with Dynegy Inc. from 1996 through 1997. He was responsible for all downstream propane marketing operations, which at the time were the country's largest. From 1991 through 1996, Mr. Sherman was the president of LPG Services Group, Inc., a company he co-founded and grew to become one of the nation's largest wholesale marketers of propane before Dynegy acquired LPG Services in 1996. From 1984 through 1991, Mr. Sherman was a vice president and member of the management committee of Ferrellgas, which is one of the country's largest retail propane marketers.
Mr. Schulte is the President and CEO of Tortoise Energy Infrastructure Corporation. He also serves as a Managing Director of Kansas City Equity Partners (KCEP). Mr. Schulte has more than 16 years investment experience first as an investment banker at Fahnestock & Co., Inc. (now Oppenheimer) and later at KCEP where he made direct Master Limited Partnership investments. From 1986 to 1989 he was an attorney focusing on securities law. A 1977 KU journalism graduate, Dale Seuferling, began his career in the university advancement profession that same year as KU's first broadcast media coordinator for the Office of University Relations.
In May, 1981, he joined the KU Endowment Association and over the past 22 years he has held positions in a variety of areas within the organization, including: public relations, constituent development, major gifts, and fund-raising management. He was one of two associate directors of Campaign Kansas. Prior to being named president in July, 2002, he was the executive vice president for development with responsibility for a fund-raising program of 48 professional positions and 21 support personnel. He was also the corporate secretary of KU Endowment. In addition to his duties as President of KU Endowment, Dale directed the KU First Campaign which raised $653 million for KU through December 2004.
Dale has held a number of leadership roles in the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), including: chair of the eight-state mid-American district, a member of the National Commission on Philanthropy, and as a member of a national committee charged with the oversight of reporting standards used for capital campaigns in higher education. In 1999, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Citation by CASE.

Brad Shoup is President of BCS Capital, a private equity fund. From 1999 to present, Mr. Shoup, of Mission, KS has focused on investing in private start-up ventures and small public companies in the development or high-growth stages. He has been an advisor or executive at certain companies in which he invested, including CRT Holdings Inc., Belzberg Technologies Corporation (BLZ Toronto Stock Exchange), Ivanhoe Energy Corp. (IVAN NASDAQ), and CyberCity Holdings Inc. Currently, Mr. Shoup is the Chief Financial Officer of CRT Holdings Inc., a private company engaged in the development of innovative technologies in the power generation industry.
From 1988-1998, Mr. Shoup was a founding partner in several related investment management and corporate finance advisory entities, including Batchelder & Partners Inc., DHB Partners LP, Girard Partners LP and Relational Investors LLC. Relational Investors is an investment management firm with over $1 billion under management.
From 1984-1987, Mr. Shoup was a financial analyst for Mesa Petroleum, an oil and gas exploration and production company led by T. Boone Pickens, Jr. (CEO) and David H. Batchelder (President). Prior to joining UMB he was a Director at Nations Media Partners, an investment banking firm specializing in media and communications. Ms. Straathof joined SOHU in April 2000 to set up the company's investor and public relations program. John Stupka serves WorldCom as President of Wireless Solutions and President of Ventures and Alliances. Mr. Stupka, 50, is a 27-year telecom veteran. John joined the company through its acquisition of SkyTel in October 1999.
Mr. Stupka came to SkyTel in August 1996 with an extensive background in both the wired and wireless industry segments. At SkyTel, he helped develop the wireless messaging company into a strong, marketing-driven organization. This resulted in impressive growth of SkyTel's advanced messaging business and led to record financial performance for the company. SkyTel's nationwide advanced messaging network positions it to capitalize on the strong demand for wireless messaging, which is being fueled by the growth of Internet email and an increasingly mobile populace. Stupka was instrumental in SkyTel's merger with WorldCom, which completed on October 1, 1999.
Stupka joined Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1974 after receiving a BSIE at the University of Oklahoma and completing a three-year military tour. He rapidly advanced through a series of operating assignments and in November of 1985 was promoted to President and CEO. Under John Stupka's leadership, SBMS gained wide recognition as the cellular industry's premier company, leading the industry in both market penetration and operating cash flow. He received numerous honors for his work in expanding the cellular industry. In July of 1995, Mr. Stupka was promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning for SBC Communications. As WorldCom's President of Wireless Solutions, Mr. Stupka is responsible for the operation of SkyTel Communications, WorldCom Wireless Solutions, which delivers broadband access via MMDS technology. Additionally, he oversees WorldCom's investment in mobile computing -- Metricom - and formulates the company's global wireless strategy. In his capacity as President of Ventures and Alliances, John Stupka is responsible for the company's investments in Mexico (Avantel) and in Brazil (Embratel), as well as managing the Mergers and Acquisitions support group and the teams that support alliances used to complete the global delivery process.
Founded in 1998, Svoboda, Collins L.L.C. (SC) is a private equity firm with $150 million of capital and a mission of identifying, investing in and building relationships with middle market service and distribution companies. A. Winans is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MAGNA Securities Corp.,
an extremely successful brokerage firm in New York City, now in its ninth year
of operation. She is involved in all areas of the firm including trading, marketing,
operational systems, compliance, and new product development. Ms. Winans began
her career in 1980, as a sales assistant on the trading desk of the First National
Bank of Chicago, where she earned her first securities licenses shortly thereafter
in 1982. Prior to forming MAGNA Securities Corp., she held other prominent industry
positions, including Vice President at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Greenwich Partners,
and M.R. Beal & Company. In her current role as director of marketing, she

services. From 1996 to 1997 she served as talk show host of Wall Street 101,
a national Public Broadcast Service (PBS) program covering various Wall Street

James Wineland is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company.
Mr. Wineland graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1973. Following five years of service with the U.S. Army, he was a finished products distributions manager with Proctor and Gamble Paper Products Company. Mr. Wineland earned an MBA at the University of Kansas in 1981 and joined United Missouri Bank in Kansas City as an equity analyst.
Mr. Wineland joined Waddell & Reed as an equity analyst in 1984. In 1987 he was named assistant portfolio manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Income Fund. In 1988 he was appointed portfolio manager of Waddell & Reed Advisors Retirement Shares and in 1992 named portfolio manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Vanguard Fund. He was appointed portfolio manager of the Waddell & Reed Advisors Asset Strategy Fund when the fund was launched in March 1995. With the retirement of Mr. Wineland's co-manager, he leads the core equity team as portfolio manager of the three mutual funds and the core equity portfolios of institutional accounts.

Brett Young - Vice President and Senior Analyst with Plainfield Asset Management
Prior to joining Plainfield, Brett Young was in 2005 a Vice President in Credit Research at Spectrum Investment Group, a startup fixed income hedge fund in New York. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Young was a Vice President at RBC Capital Markets in Greenwich, CT, working as a high yield research analyst covering automotive suppliers, industrials, paper and forest products, oil services, refining, and exploration and production.
