International Opportunities

All business is global. Even the smallest mom-and-pop shop deals with globally-related issues on a daily basis. That’s why our students are encouraged to gain a deeper understanding of the factors and influences of doing business in a global environment. KU Business students learn to embrace international business and strive to gain global experiences, ensuring they will be the leaders of tomorrow.

Concentration in International Business
Students can gain additional specialization in international business and add value to their Business degree by completing the requirements for a concentration in International Business.

Dean's Certificate in International Business
The Dean’s Certificate in International Business recognizes business students who have “gone the extra mile” to prepare themselves for a career in international business. Employers immediately recognize the value of the certificate, which requires an overseas experience, command of a foreign language, and advanced international elective courses. Many students who have completed the certificate now work for international businesses headquartered in the U.S. and abroad.
