MSB-SCM Application Requirements

The application requirements listed below apply only to candidates for the MSB Supply Chain Management & Logistics program. Candidates for all other Masters programs should refer to the general application instructions page.

Basic Admission Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (GMAT not required)
• Candidate with rank of major, or a major-eligible captain with eight (8) years officer experience

Required Application Materials:

1. A completed Graduate School application form:
   Online Application  or  Domestic Paper Application
   
2. Three essays (essay questions are included in the online application)
3. Sealed, official transcripts from each college or university attended
   (Each university has its own process for sending student transcripts to another university. Please visit your university’s web site for instructions on sending transcripts directly to the KU School of Business.)
4. Two completed recommendation forms
5. Current resume (Army Officer Record Brief (ORB), or equivalent from another service, is acceptable in lieu of a civilian resume)
6. A signed KU Academic Code of Honor form

Standard University of Kansas application fees ($60-online, $65-paper application) are NOT required. The School of Business absorbs this cost for active duty applicants. Thanks for serving!
